Where to find My Tasks?
My Tasks can be accessed at all time in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
How to put a task "On hold"?
The step status can be manually set to “On hold”, if needed.
- Assignees of the task step can put the task step on hold.
- In the task view, click on More (⋮) > Set task "On hold"> provide an explanation
- A “Task on hold” email will be sent to all assignees of the task (data collector + approvers).
- While on hold, assignees can still perform data entry, write comments, and upload files.
- The assignees of the task step must click Release “On hold” status to continue and complete the task step.
How to edit data during approval steps
Approvers can enable data entry for all assignees of the task by clicking "Enable data entry" in the gray banner. When enabling data entry, approvers can include a message explaining their request. All assignees will receive an email notifying them of this update.
When data entry is re-opened, all assignees of the task can add, edit, or delete values. The activity log in the "Comments & attachments" section can be used to see any changes that were made to the data. Users are also required to submit a reason for the change they are implementing when attempting to add, edit, or delete values. All assignees will receive an email to notify them of any changes made to the data.
If data entry has been enabled, approvers can disable data entry at any time.
