Track changes is a feature that allows you to track and record edits made to a specific section or page in the report.

When this feature is turned on, any edits (e.g., additions, deletions, formatting changes) are highlighted and recorded in the report section.

  • Newly added text will be highlighted in the green color

  • Deleted text will be highlighted in the red color

Version Control is a feature to track modifications, revert to previous versions, and work seamlessly with others without overwriting each other's efforts.

When this feature is turned on, it ensures that all edits, updates, and revisions are tracked, allowing teams to collaborate effectively, maintain consistency, and revert to previous versions if needed.

  • Keeps a record of who made changes, what was changed, and when.

  • Helps maintain a history of edits for accountability and transparency.

  • Allows you to roll back to an earlier version if a mistake is made or if a previous version is needed.

  • Provides a clear history of changes, which is often required for regulatory or compliance purposes.

Commenting System - Users can highlight specific sections, data points, or visuals in the report and attach comments to them.

When this feature is turned on, it allows you to comment on a particular block of content within the report.

A record of all comments is maintained for transparency and accountability.

Use @mentions to tag specific team members for feedback or action.

Comments can have replies, allowing for a threaded discussion on a specific point.
