Numerical Data

Numerical Data centers on quantitative data, presenting specific CSRD data points alongside their respective data sources. Where applicable, previously collected data on the platform will be pre-populated to enhance efficiency.

You can assign owner(s) to numerical data separately and update status manually.

Within the Numerical data, you will see two tabs:

  • Output
  • Data Sources

Output: In this tab, you will see all the data points with metric value.

All the data points will be auto-synced with metrics.

You should be able to aggregate the outputs by entity.

On each data point, you should be able to perform the below actions.,

  • Data point approval - Data points can be manually approved. Upon approval, a green tick appears along with the name of the approver and the date and time.

  • Omit this data point - Users can manually omit a data point, after which it will display an "omitted" tag and be hidden from the list.

  • Add a note - User can add a note to a data point.

  • Show calculation sequence - This will display the topology view of the data source

  • Change source - Metric can be updated through this option

Data sources:

  • This tab represents all the data sources that is used to calculate the outputs
  • Data collection tasks can be created to collect raw data.
  • You can view the activity log per data source
